Small Toolbox operates the free tool directory at abreda.com. This policy explains data handling on this directory. Tools linked from the directory may have their own privacy practices and notices.

2. Information that may be processed

• Technical requests: Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, request URLs and timestamps, browser information, and other technical data for website delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
• Information you choose to send: If you contact us by email or GitHub Issues, the relevant provider and the operator receive your message, email address, and any files you include. GitHub Issues are public.
• Tool inputs: This directory does not require accounts or accept uploaded manuscripts or CSV files. Follow each linked tool's disclosure to understand its handling of content.

3. Purposes and providers

We process relevant information to deliver the website, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and correct technical problems. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. Email and GitHub inquiries are processed by those respective services. We do not sell personal information.

4. Google Ads API and Google account data

The Small Toolbox operator may authorize their own Google Ads account using OAuth to research demand for prospective tools. When authorized, keyword ideas, search-volume statistics and account information necessary to access the API are used for internal research and planning only. Ordinary website visitors are not asked to connect their Google accounts or disclose Google Ads information. The operator can revoke OAuth access through the Google Account connected-app settings. If this integration becomes operational, we will update this policy with the final access scope and retention arrangements.

5. Cookies and local storage

This directory does not require an account or set its own personalized advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary technical cookies for security and bot protection. Linked tools may have their own local storage or account features.

6. Retention and privacy requests

We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle requests and related disputes, then delete it when no longer needed. Technical request data is handled under the hosting provider's retention policies and applicable law. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Legal retention requirements or other valid limits may apply.

7. Linked services and international processing

Cloudflare, GitHub, and email providers may process information in other countries. Account-based tools such as Haruhankan may have separate privacy notices.

8. Changes

We will update this notice if our services, analytics, advertising, or information handling changes and show the revision date.
